SUNY Buffalo State College International Center of Studies in Creativity直接直譯為思路導引師的認證,成為台灣首批「創意思路導引師」 (Creativity Facilitator),成為激發團隊創意思考力的重要推手。

I.J.與D.J. , V.J.

所以將I.J. 或V.J. 就如同I.J. 筆者將D.J.、V.J.、I.J.

Idea Jockey: Evolution of the Name (1) 1999—The direct English translation of Idea Jockey was "Creative Knight." At the time, the author, due to professional background, used Idea Jockey as a term for creative agents, focusing on agents of creators and designers. The resulting visual logo is shown below, where 'i' represents the bridge of the nose and 'j' represents a smiling face, symbolizing bringing joy and satisfaction to clients. However, it was found that its practical application and terminology were somewhat rigid and awkward; this concept was discontinued after one or two years due to business cessation and failure. (2) 2006—The ITRI Creative Center adopted the certification of "Creativity Facilitator," directly translated from the SUNY Buffalo State College International Center of Studies in Creativity, becoming one of the first "Creativity Facilitators" in Taiwan, a key driver of team creative thinking. The definition of a Creative Facilitator is a catalyst for team creativity. One must utilize clear thinking logic and processes to lead team members in clarifying issues. Flexibly employ various techniques to stimulate creativity, enabling members to generate a large number of wild, unique, and valuable ideas. Finally, through discussion, consensus should be reached, and these ideas should be systematically consolidated into concrete action plans that can be implemented within the company. Besides mastering the process of turning ideas into gold and becoming an expert in understanding the team's "thinking process," it is also necessary to create an open and free discussion atmosphere, encouraging team members to dare to break out of their existing thinking frameworks (Wang Zonglin, 2006). (3). 2012—Until 2008, after entering the Graduate Institute of Enterprise Innovation and Entrepreneurship Management at Shih Chien University as a graduate student; inspired by creative thinking theory courses and professors; I redefined Idea Jockey as a creative thinking designer or creative thinking coach. Inspiration and creativity originated in 1999 with DJ (Disc Jockey, a term originating in the late 19th century in the United States), DJ in the Oxford Dictionary meaning Disc Jockey. In certain situations, a V.J. is someone who mixes and matches music styles they are familiar with and skilled at. In the film and multimedia industry, the term V.J. has two meanings; both are abbreviations of Video Jockey. One is the most recent usage, referring to someone who plays familiar visual effects and interactive art mixed to the rhythm of a DJ. The other is the title used in early 1980s American MTV (movie television) programs for V.J. hosts introducing the latest popular music videos or music video charts. Comparison of I.J. with DJ and V.J. The same logic applies to I.J. The term "idea" itself translates to creativity, idea, or thought; an idea is the act of creation. Idea = CB (Creativity Behavior); it is the interaction of four factors: imagination, data, evaluation, and action (Chen Long-an, 1984). Therefore, the simple definition of an Idea Jockey (I.J.) is someone who inspires creativity and innovation. A more detailed definition is: an Idea Jockey is someone who professionally and flexibly applies creative experience or techniques to motivate individuals or organizations to improve their thinking. Just as a DJ or VJ has star power on stage, controlling and mixing different musical styles and rhythms, combined with VJ visuals, creates a successful event, an I.J. applies different creative techniques to different learners based on their needs. Through experienced role-playing, this leads to innovative changes in the thinking of teams, organizations, or individuals. It implements methods like CPS (creativity problem solving), generating a large number of ideas in the shortest time to solve problems step-by-step. The author has summarized the common relationships between DJs, VJs, and I.J. as shown in the diagram above, providing a reasonable theoretical basis and source for the future use of the term I.J.
